Job Summary:
Our Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for the function, appearance, and cleanliness of our facility buildings and grounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform facility maintenance and repairs in all areas including interior (manufacturing plant, office, bathroom, cafeteria) and exterior (parking lot, building, and grounds)
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our buildings and grounds
- Direct our building and grounds service vendors including janitorial, landscaping, and pest control
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues and enhancement opportunities
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience as facilities maintenance in manufacturing facility
- Experience using company email and computer to manage facility work orders
- Electrical experience preferred
- Ability to communicate (written/verbal), read user manuals, and complete documentation in English
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address facility maintenance issues efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
