Estimator TGS Sports | Fort Worth, Texas
TGS Sports is seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and growth-minded Estimator to join our team and help build the next chapter of our company.
This is more than an estimating role. It is an opportunity to become a key contributor within a growing sports construction organization that values accountability, servant leadership, teamwork, and excellence.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, creating accurate project budgets, and contributing to successful project outcomes. The right candidate will bring strong estimating fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and a desire to continually improve both personally and professionally.
At TGS, technical skills matter, but we believe long-term success is driven equally by character, discipline, attitude, ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

TGS Sports is building something special.
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute immediately while growing alongside a company with a clear vision and significant opportunity ahead. This role offers direct interaction with company leadership, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to influence how our estimating and preconstruction functions evolve as the company grows.
Industry-specific sports construction experience is not required. We are willing to invest in the right individual who brings strong estimating experience, a positive attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to learn.
For the right person, this position offers substantial opportunities for professional growth, increased responsibility, and future leadership development.
