We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector. In this role, you will provide high-quality injectable treatments in a clinical setting, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, experience as an aesthetic nurse injector, a passion for aesthetic care, and the ability to provide exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables according to clinical protocols and patient needs.
- Conduct patient consultations to assess medical history, treatment goals, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients about injectable procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare.
- Maintain an active social media presence to help grow the business.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and follow-up information.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment while performing injections, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient communication, and inventory management as needed.
Requirements:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- 1 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector.
- Certification or training in injectable aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, etc).
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injectable techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Familiarity with posting content on various social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
- Attention to detail, ensuring safety and quality of treatments at all times.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
