Vehicle Collision Estimator
JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for an eager, driven, dedicated, and detailed oriented person to add to our team in West Plains.
Estimator/ Claims Specialist: This job requires the estimator to work with the insurance company and the customer to complete auto claims. Job Duties Include but not limited too:
-Inspecting the vehicle and properly writing a damage estimate
-Dealing with the insurance company to ensure all proper paperwork and supporting documents are submitted
-Working with technicians after the vehicle is disassembled to ensure any hidden damage is found and properly added to the repair order
-Coordinate with vendors and order any required parts to complete the repair
-Keep customer properly updated throughout the repair process
-Collect all payments upon completion of the repair
Compensation: Starting pay is $40000 and up depending on experience

Requirements: 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience. 5 years of work history in automotive is a plus, but not required. Must have computer skills and excellent customer service. 18+ years of age | Friendly | Service Driven | Willingness to learn| Eager to work |
