- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and workers’ compensation claims.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and assist managers with performance improvement, recognition, and employee development.
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, assisting with conflict resolution, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist with disciplinary matters, investigations, terminations, and other sensitive employment issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, wage and hour requirements, OSHA standards, and workplace safety obligations.
- Review and update employee handbooks, workplace policies, and HR procedures as the organization grows.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs to strengthen employee skills and support succession planning.
- Support organizational changes by communicating clearly with employees and helping managers implement new processes and structures.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports relating to staffing levels, turnover, attendance, compensation, recruitment, and other workforce trends.
- Manage confidential employee and company information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
- Perform general HR administration and undertake additional HR-related projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience
