Tara Hills Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / RDAEF to join our team. What You'll Do
As an integral member of our clinical team, you will:
- Assist the doctor(s) during restorative, crown and bridge, veneers, periodontics, oral surgery, endodontic, Invisalign, and emergency procedures
- Take high-quality digital radiographs
- Perform intraoral scans using digital scanning technology
- Fabricate well-fitting temporary crowns and provisional restorations
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
- Sterilize instruments and manage operatory setup and turnover efficiently
- Chart treatment accurately within the practice management software
- Educate patients before and after treatment
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering clinical supplies
- Support a positive, efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Work collaboratively with the hygiene and administrative teams to create an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / RDAEF license
- Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
- Excellent chairside assisting skills
- Four-handed dentistry
- Prosthodontic experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to exceptional patient care
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (AWS) 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM - 1 hour meal period
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
