DJ Gutters | Eastern Minnesota + Western Wisconsin
Position Summary
DJ Gutters is looking for a dependable, hardworking Gutter Installer to join our team. This position involves traveling to residential and commercial job sites throughout Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin to install gutter systems and complete related gutter work.
The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working outdoors and with heights, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently and safely.
Job Responsibilities
- Install gutters, downspouts, and related gutter components
- Travel to job sites throughout Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin
- Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for installation
- Follow job plans, measurements, and instructions from the crew lead
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining DJ Gutters' quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and use proper safety equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Properly load, unload, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
- Work cooperatively with crew members to complete jobs on schedule
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
- Assist with gutter repairs and other gutter-related work as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and with heights
- Able to safely climb and work from ladders
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying materials and equipment
- Willing and able to work in varying outdoor weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Commitment to working safely and efficiently
- Gutter installation or construction experience is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
