Cura Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide for part-time night shifts at Cura of Benson. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients during nighttime hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with nighttime personal care needs including hygiene, mobility, and positioning.

Monitor patients’ physical and emotional conditions throughout the night and report any concerns.

Provide medication reminders and support as needed.

Offer companionship and reassurance to patients during nighttime hours.

Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations in compliance with agency policies.

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and infection control procedures.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently during night shifts.

Strong observational and communication skills.

Availability to work part-time night shifts.

Current or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
