We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator/Machinist for a day shift position with a growing manufacturing company in Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for stable, full-time employment with overtime potential.
Responsibilities
- Operate and machine parts using a 3-axis CNC vertical mill
- Set tool heights and work offsets
- Utilize Fanuc controls to operate CNC equipment
- Use an edge finder to establish work coordinates
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience operating 3-axis CNC vertical mills
- Proficient with Fanuc controls
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Experience setting tool heights and work offsets
- Ability to use an edge finder
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Vocational or technical machining education is a plus
- Must be able to safely lift 40 pounds or more
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Overtime: Opportunities available
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)
