Service Technician
Join Us! We are looking for a skilled, construction trade professional to join our team. As a Service Technician at Clayton, you will specialize in repairing common service tasks associated with manufactured homes while upholding our standard for excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a skilled candidate to complete service calls related to the following areas:
- Drywall Repair
- Trim Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical Work
- Siding, Roofing, & Skirting
The Service Technician will also be responsible for ensuring the home is defect free prior to customer move-in. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal & customer service skills. They will also take pride in the quality of their work & be skilled in time management & prioritization with the ability to work independently.
When You’ll Be Doing It:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday occasional Saturdays
- No on-call work required
Must be able to:
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- To crawl underneath homes, safely climb ladders, & lift up to 50 lbs.
- To work in all climates (extreme heat/cold, snow/rain)
- Use hand/power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, etc
- Use necessary technology

Compensation:
- As a Maintenance Service Technician with Clayton, you will receive an hourly wage ranging from $21.00 - $26.00 depending upon experience.
