you'll do:
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments · Manage front desk and CRM · Call and text leads to book appointments · Upsell services and memberships · Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to checkout
What we're looking for:
Bilingual English/Spanish (required) · 3+ years medical spa experience · Strong phone sales and upsell skills · CRM experience a plus · Oregon Aesthetician License required
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish (required) · Advanced Aesthetician License for Oregon (required) · DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ADVANCED AESTHETICIAN LICENSE FOR OREGON · 3+ years medical spa experience · Knowledge of spa software, booking systems, and inventory management · Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets all health and safety regulations · CRM experience a plus
Compensation:
$20–$25/hour base + service commission + retail commission + monthly performance bonuses. Top performers earn $35–$45/hour effective.
