Responsibilities:
- Review scope of work and read blueprints
- Produce a parts take off
- Determine and apply various price methods
- Organize and manage bid documents
- Communicate with mechanical contractors, engineers, and architects about various technical details of a project
Requirements:
- High school diploma/ GED
- Higher education
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Math
- Fluency in English
Helpful Skills:
- Blueprint reading
- Drafting
- CAD
- Cost accounting'
