Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with claim-related inquiries, and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Important: This position is Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work this schedule to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone.
- Assist customers with questions regarding claim filings and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide timely and effective support while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and a friendly, positive demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Previous customer service or related experience preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
