Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate / Night Auditor! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. During overnight shifts, you will also serve as the night auditor, meticulously reviewing financial transactions and maintaining smooth hotel operations. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Conduct night audit procedures by reviewing daily financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports using OPERA or similar hotel management software
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring guest areas, managing access control, and following hotel emergency procedures
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, concierge services, and addressing special requests
- Ensure smooth front desk operations during overnight hours while maintaining a high level of hospitality and professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel emergency protocols
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette and professionalism
- Exceptional communication skills to foster positive guest relations and team collaboration
- Previous experience working in hospitality roles that require attention to detail, guest services expertise, and conflict resolution skills
