Are you a singer, dancer, comedian, musician, magician, impressionist, storyteller, or other live entertainer looking for a new way to perform—and get paid?
Tsunami Creator Network is seeking talented, charismatic performers to host TikTok LIVE shows from our professional streaming studio in Springfield, Missouri.
You don’t need an existing TikTok following or livestreaming experience. We provide the studio, equipment, training, and personalized coaching needed to turn your talent into an engaging LIVE show. You bring the talent, personality, and willingness to perform consistently.
Who We’re Looking For
We want performers who can entertain an audience in real time, including:
- Singers and musicians
- Dancers
- Stand-up comedians
- Improvisers and sketch performers
- Magicians and variety entertainers
- DJs and music-based performers
- Spoken-word artists and storytellers
- Character performers and impressionists
- Other performers with a talent that translates well to a live audience
Formal training is not required. We care more about stage presence, personality, consistency, and your ability to connect with people.
What You’ll Do
As a TikTok LIVE Creator, you will:
- Perform live from our professional Springfield studio
- Develop a recurring show built around your talent and personality
- Interact with viewers and build a loyal online community
- Participate in TikTok LIVE battles, events, and competitions
- Work with experienced coaches to improve audience engagement and monetization
- Promote your performances and grow your personal brand
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule
This is interactive entertainment—not simply posting prerecorded videos. Successful candidates should be comfortable performing while talking with viewers, responding to comments, and keeping the show moving in real time.

Compensation
This is a performance-based, revenue-sharing opportunity.
Earning potential depends on consistency, audience growth, viewer engagement, and the revenue generated through your TikTok LIVE broadcasts. This is not a salaried or hourly position, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Schedule and Location
- Location: In person in Springfield, Missouri
- Schedule: Flexible, with regular and consistent weekly availability required
- Evening and weekend availability may provide the greatest audience-growth opportunities

Pay: $25,000.00 - $59,356.27 per year
