Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls, emails, and requests.
- Schedule and dispatch guards, or field personnel.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate updates between guard, site and field staff.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs.
- Track locations using GPS or dispatch software.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and respond to emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on completed jobs.
- Prepare daily reports and update management on operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
- Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, and dispatch software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
