CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a customer-focused End-User Support & Field Services Technician to provide hands on technical support to internal users and/or client sites. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, supporting end-user devices, and delivering excellent on-site and remote service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and support Windows based systems (e.g., Microsoft Windows)
- Support productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, basic networking)
- Perform hardware deployments, imaging, upgrades, and asset management
- Deliver on-site field support at branch or client locations
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 teams as needed
- Break Fix & Installation
- Move/Add/Change (MAC)
- Mobile Device Support
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Assist Fire Dept planning systems
- Support of Municipal Court location
- May need to support outside normal business hours
