Overview
Close Circle Investments is a Denver-based real estate investment company specializing in off-market residential investment opportunities throughout Colorado. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Disposition Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate investors, understanding their buying criteria, and connecting them with off-market investment properties that fit their goals. You will work directly with cash buyers, landlords, flippers, developers, and other real estate investors to help move investment opportunities from contract to closing.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who is confident communicating with investors, understands real estate investment opportunities, and is motivated by performance-based growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with active real estate investors, including fix-and-flip buyers, rental property owners, developers, and cash buyers
- Grow and maintain an organized database of qualified buyers and their specific investment criteria
- Present off-market investment properties to buyers through phone calls, text messages, email campaigns, and direct outreach
- Match available properties with qualified buyers based on location, price point, strategy, rehab level, and return potential
- Answer buyer questions regarding property details, pricing, comparable sales, renovation scope, access, timelines, and closing expectations
- Schedule property showings and communicate access instructions with interested buyers
- Follow up consistently with investors to obtain offers and drive deals toward a successful sale
- Negotiate with buyers while protecting company margins and meeting transaction timelines
- Collect proof of funds, signed agreements, and any required buyer documentation
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team, transaction coordinators, title companies, and leadership to support smooth closings
- Keep accurate records of investor activity, property interest, offers, communication, and deal status in the company CRM
- Continue developing relationships with buyers after closing to create repeat business
Qualifications
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with investors by phone, text, email, and in person
- Organized and capable of managing multiple properties, buyers, and deadlines at once
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to follow up consistently without being micromanaged
- Ability to understand property numbers, comparable sales, renovation needs, and investment potential
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and online property research tools
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, investor relations, dispositions, acquisitions, lending, or property investing
- Existing relationships with Colorado real estate investors or cash buyers
- Familiarity with off-market properties, fix-and-flip projects, rental investments, ARV, rehab estimates, and comparable sales
- Colorado real estate license is a plus, but not required unless duties later require licensed activity

A successful Disposition Specialist at Close Circle Investments is someone who actively builds relationships with investors, knows which buyers are looking for which types of deals, responds quickly, communicates professionally, and consistently helps turn off-market opportunities into closed transactions.
You will play a key role in expanding our buyer network, increasing deal flow, and helping investors gain access to valuable off-market residential investment opportunities.
