Responsibilities:

Recruit Affiliates / Referral Partners
Train Affiliates / Referral Partners
Manage and Motivate Affiliates / Referral partners
Be active on social media
Originate Affiliate / Referral partners Referrals

The Affiliate Manager will earn a a commission override and potential bonuses on all deals referred and closed by their referral partner team. In addition they may choose to originate the deals referred by their referral partners. As a commission position affiliate managers are tasked to fund 10 deals per month or more. Affiliate Managers can earn $20,000 to $25,000 per month or more.
