Custodian Position
Location: Bretton Woods Country Club — a private community with a full-service clubhouse
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule:
- Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sundays: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to ensure punctual arrival for opening and closing duties
- Availability to cover additional shifts when needed is preferred
- Must be reachable via cell phone for communication
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the clubhouse, including:• Restrooms, locker rooms, fitness center, gym, offices, hallways, stairs, lobby, lounge, and other common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and trash disposal
- Stocking bathrooms with necessary supplies
- Reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment
- Snow removal from sidewalks using snow blowers, shovels, and ice melt
- Event setup: arranging tables and chairs for parties, meetings, and other functions
- Minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and basic repairs
- Light upkeep of our on-site bowling alley (training provided)
Experience:
- Prior custodial or maintenance experience is preferred but not required
