Verizon Team Member Responsibilities
- Engage customers in person to sell Verizon wireless devices and 5G internet solutions
- Explain plan benefits clearly and confidently
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored bundles
- Meet and exceed weekly sales and performance goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships for long-term loyalty
- Support team initiatives, including in-store promotions and community events
- Track metrics and report sales performance accurately
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques
