At Sunstone Beauty Bar, we believe massage therapy is more than a luxury, it's an essential part of helping our clients feel their best. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to grow with us long-term.
We're intentionally hiring for a part-time position because we believe therapists perform their best when they have time to recharge. Our goal is to build a schedule that supports both our clients and our team while creating opportunities for future growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide customized therapeutic massage services based on each client's needs
- Perform thorough client consultations and maintain accurate SOAP notes
- Educate clients on stretching, wellness, home care, and treatment recommendations
- Recommend retail products and treatment plans when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the treatment room according to New York State regulations
- Collaborate with our esthetic team to create a seamless client experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current New York State Massage Therapy License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Passion for wellness and continued learning
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Comfortable building long-term client relationships
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
