JOB
- Serves as clerical support for the Associate Warden of Operations.

Enters requests for replacement ID's for both the inmate population and employees when needed.

Takes new photos when required.

Assist with scheduling visits for the inmate population to include those in general population, the assisted living unit, the restrictive housing unit as well as the state wide protective custody unit.

Serves as back up for the request to staff member clearing house.

Serves as back up to the grievance designee.

Assists the Warden's Administrative Assistant with the Records Retention Area.

Serves as back up to the Warden's Administrative Assistant as needed.
-
Performs other related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and work experience directly related to the area of employment.
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience. One (1) year or more of administrative experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
