The Treasury Services Associate plays a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations by accurately processing and applying payments, researching transaction-related discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. This position operates in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy. The Associate partners with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of payment issues while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Process and apply incoming payments accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment while meeting established service levels and deadlines.
Research policy, property, account, and payment information to ensure accurate application of funds.
Review financial transactions and supporting documentation to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records through scanning, filing, data entry, reporting, and electronic document management.
Respond to internal inquiries related to payment processing, transaction research, and account activity.
Assist with daily treasury operations, cash management activities, and departmental reporting.
Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve transaction-related issues.
Identify, prioritize, and escalate exceptions or high-priority issues requiring immediate attention.
Support the Specialist and/or Team Lead with special projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives.
Participate actively in team meetings, training, and development opportunities.
Assist with office relocation and business continuity efforts during Disaster Recovery situations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
