American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) position requiring a KS or compact license and at least 2 years of recent specialty experience.

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15)

Floating between departments, units, and facilities may be required

Active KS or compact RN license (both KS and MO licenses, or compact equivalent, must be in hand at time of consideration)

Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/specialty experience required

Must have at least 1 full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months with no employment gap greater than 90 days in the past year

2 professional references required: at least one must be supervisor-level or above; the second may be a charge RN; all references must be from someone who has worked with the candidate within the past year

SSN required for consideration

Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are considered local and are not eligible for this position

RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration; maximum of 7 days of RTO allowed

Compliance modules are required and average 10–15 hours total, completed prior to start
