Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation, ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality presentation of dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
