Pay: $18.00/hour starting pay
- $20.00/hour after 90 days based on performance
- Quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) profit-sharing bonus
- Paid bi-weekly
Schedule: Thursday–Monday(Tuesdays and Wednesdays Off)
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at our Broadway location
- 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM assisting operations at both locations as needed
We’re looking for a highly motivated Supervisor with an ownership mentality who takes pride in their work. This is more than just making sandwiches—we’re looking for someone who treats the business as if it were their own.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sandwich-making experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality sandwiches consistently and efficiently
- Supervise daily operations and lead by example
- Maintain both stores clean, organized, and stocked
- Place inventory and supply orders
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times
- Assist with training and supporting team members
- Help improve store operations and customer experience
- Take ownership of the business and proactively solve problems
