Job Summary
The Capital Projects Sr. Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the capital expenditure (Capex) process across North America operations. This role partners closely with finance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure disciplined project execution, accurate financial tracking, and effective reporting throughout the Capex lifecycle.
Essential Functions
Capex Process Management & Workflow
- Manage the Capex intake and workflow process, including oversight of the Teams and Unifi queue
- Coordinate and support project number creation and setup
- Drive and enforce Capex discipline
- Monitor project progression and closures
Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis
- Lead forecast management for all capital projects by technology and site
- Prepare and deliver month-end Capex reporting
- Develop and maintain Capex dashboards and reporting tools
- Develop and maintain ad hoc reporting and analysis
Reconciliation & Auditing
- Perform month-end Capex reconciliations
- Provide coordination for other account process reconciliations
- Conduct project reviews and audits
- Assist with audit support and documentation
Cost Savings Tracking & Management
- Support cost savings tracking and validation
- Manage cost savings for capital and non-capital projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to improve Capex processes
Job Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–7 years of manufacturing finance or Capex experience
- Strong understanding of capitalization and controls
- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- Strong business acumen
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Oracle Fusion experience
- Capex project/forecast management
- CPA or CMA certification
Environment
- Hybrid work environment that mixes in-office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In-office hours are set by group Manager.
- Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after hours and weekend work to complete projects on time
- Travel as needed; up to 10%
Pay: $85,303.53 - $102,731.13 per year
