Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth for infants and toddlers
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play
- Engage with children through hands-on activities, storytelling, music, movement, and physical education to promote overall development
- Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism
- Monitor individual progress and behavior management strategies to support each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with families to share updates on child welfare, developmental milestones, and classroom activities
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, assessments, and lesson plans aligned with early intervention practices and childhood development standards
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles such as curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with toddler care routines including diapering, feeding, and sleep schedules
- Understanding of special education needs and early intervention strategies for young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activity, and Montessori methods if applicable
- Certification in early childhood education or related field is advantageous; ongoing professional development encouraged
- Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and safety standards in childcare environments
