The Dispatch Coordinator serves as the essential link between our clients and our field operations, acting as the primary voice of the company while maintaining the integrity of our daily workflow. This role requires a high-level multitasker who can transition seamlessly between managing calls/messages and executing precise data management tasks. You will be responsible for navigating complex scheduling needs to book appointments that maximize efficiency, all while ensuring that every interaction is logged with meticulous detail. Beyond communication with team and customers, you will be maintaining basic spreadsheets and digital records that provide the foundation for our business decisions.
