What you'll do:
- Drive sales through outbound and warm calling to generate and close leads
- Work with the sales team on B2B strategy and client engagement
- Track activity and manage relationships in Salesforce / CRM
- Deliver sharp customer service — answer questions, solve problems fast
- Negotiate terms and close deals with an eye on long-term retention
