Established, fast-paced, dynamic, clinical pathology laboratory in a veterinary specialty hospital setting that operates as a “stat lab” seeks a laboratory coordinator. Primary responsibilities include receiving samples submitted to the laboratory, preparing samples for shipment to our main laboratory downstate, and primary contact for phone communication and questions. There is potential to perform basic laboratory tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and have great communication skills.
Available positions: Full-time weekdays

Veterinary or laboratory experience is preferred, but not required as there will be extensive on-site training.
