About the Role
We're hiring a Weekend Showing Intern to support our agents with property showings on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role — perfect for someone considering a career in real estate who wants real exposure to the buying process, client interaction, and how a high-volume team operates behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Meet buyer clients at scheduled properties and conduct guided showings on behalf of agents
- Open, walk through, and secure properties before and after showings
- Communicate showing feedback to the assigned agent promptly and clearly
- Help manage showing schedules and routes for maximum efficiency across multiple listings
- Represent Team Paley professionally in every client interaction
- Flag any property condition issues, access problems, or client concerns to the team
What We're Looking For
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (schedule/hours to be confirmed)
- Reliable transportation and comfort driving between multiple towns in a single day
- Strong communication skills and a professional, personable demeanor
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Interest in real estate, sales, or client-facing work strongly preferred
- Currently pursuing or open to obtaining a NY real estate salesperson license is a plus, but not required to start
