We are looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable Sales Associates to join our team at Live Well 30A, High Tide 30A, and Coast 30A. Our Sales Associates are the face of our stores and play an important role in creating a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience for every customer!
This is a customer-facing position in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and takes pride in keeping the store organized and looking its best.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Help customers find products, determine sizing, and make purchasing decisions
- Learn and confidently communicate product details, pricing, promotions, and store policies
- Operate the POS system and accurately process cash, card, and other transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Restock and merchandise products throughout the store
- Receive and organize inventory as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift
- Work as part of a team to meet store sales goals
- Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors
- Perform other tasks that support the daily operation of the store
What We're Looking For

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Expectations
- Part-time position - Flexible hours and scheduling
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and some evenings
- Our stores are open 7 days a week 9am-10pm with shifts scheduled throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and the ability to get to and from work independently is required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to communicate proactively about scheduling

Pay: $18.50-20/hour + tips
