Berkshire South is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Membership Representative to join our front desk team. Specific shifts available include weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday 12 pm-5pm) and additional shifts during the week, amounting to approximately 15 hours per week).
This position serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service, processing memberships and program registrations, and offering information about the Center’s offerings. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and enjoys working in a community-centered environment.
Part-time position for multiple shifts within the Membership Department. Successful candidates will be hardworking, engaging, professional, and an adept team-centered person. This position requires an individual to manage the point-of-sale register, phone lines, registration for programs, membership enrollments, and various levels of general membership inquiry. Computer literacy and customer service experience are required.
Additional flexibility on shift coverage may be available.
