As we prepare to open our newest West Boca Raton location in Q4 2026, we are seeking a licensed Esthetician / Electrologist to join our growing team.
Position Summary
This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is licensed in both aesthetics and electrology. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, laser hair removal, patient education, and building long-term relationships while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Perform luxury facial treatments and advanced skincare services
- Perform laser treatments in accordance with company protocols
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and home care
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic services
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Promote memberships and treatment packages
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with injectors and other providers to create comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) License
- Current Florida Electrologist License (required)
- Candidates must hold both licenses to be considered.
- Med spa experience preferred
- Experience performing laser treatments
- Strong consultation and retail sales skills
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient education
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
