What You'll Be Doing
This is an in-person sales role focused on education, relationship building, and customer service. You'll work directly with homeowners throughout the roofing process by:
- Meeting with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and inspect their needs
- Explaining roofing options, materials, and project expectations
- Coordinating inspections and communicating with internal production teams
- Assisting customers as they navigate the insurance restoration process
- Participating in ongoing coaching and skill development with experienced leaders

Compensation and Career Growth
Your income grows alongside your performance.
- New Sales Professionals: $6,000 to $12,000 per month
- Experienced Roofing Specialists: $9,000 to $18,000 per month
- Sales Managers: $250,000+ annually
- Regional Leaders: $350,000+ annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Advancement is based on results, leadership, and continued development.
