Job Summary
Siete Azul is a Mexican seafood restaurant coming early fall to Logan Square. We are looking to build a team of motivated individuals who want to help bring the upscale authentic recipes of the Mexican coast. As part of the opening staff, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on the route this project will take.
Being part of the opening staff, you'll play an important role in building our company culture. This position includes cooking, cleaning, preparing, and other back-of-house duties as needed. We're looking for consistency and effort from our staff.
Our hours of operation are focused in the afternoon, and weekends are a must. If you love working in a lively environment and take pride in your food preparation, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare dishes according to Siete Azul's menu recipes.
- Help in management of food items to prevent misuse and unecessary waste.
- Support meal assembly and plating to ensure dishes are visually appealing and served promptly.
- Collaborate with team members during busy service hours to deliver high-quality food efficiently.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
