We are a well-established lumber re-manufacturing facility in Bellingham, producing high-quality lumber products for customers throughout North America. We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in producing a quality product in a team-oriented environment.
No previous lumber experience is required — we provide on-the-job training. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety are the most important qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Pull, sort, stack, and package finished lumber products
- Feed material into production equipment
- Inspect lumber for quality and remove defects as directed
- Assist machine operators to keep production running efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Perform general labor and housekeeping duties throughout the facility
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and continuously perform physical work for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
- Sense of urgency and ability to maintain momentum
