As a licensed insurance professional, you will help individuals, families, and businesses find the best coverage options to meet their needs. If you have strong sales and customer service skills and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance options, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting commercial or home insurance plans that meet needs and budget.
- Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer questions.
- Process applications for new policies, renewals, and policy modifications.
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and service.
- Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations.
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide guidance through the claims process.
Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-15, 2-20 or 4-40 license.
- Previous experience in commercial or P&C (namely Home Owners) insurance sales or customer service is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- An ability to explain complex insurance terms in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
