What You’ll Do
- Review and verify new patient orders, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Prepare and dispense medications, including sterile admixtures, in compliance with state and federal standards.
- Monitor and evaluate drug therapy, interpreting lab and clinical data to support safe and effective outcomes.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to align treatment plans with patient needs.
- Counsel patients and families on infusion therapies, medications, and care routines.
- Support smooth operations by coordinating with nursing, customer service, and distribution teams.
- Participate in ongoing quality initiatives, training, and accreditation requirements.
- Stay up to date on infusion practices and new therapies through continued learning.
What You Bring
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (PharmD or MS preferred).
- Active state pharmacist license.
- 1+ year of recent experience in home infusion OR 2+ years in an acute care setting.
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy and admixture services.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for patient-centered care.
The Work Environment
This role combines clinical pharmacy responsibilities with patient interaction. You’ll use standard pharmacy and office equipment, work alongside an engaged team, and occasionally participate in on-call support. Some travel may be required for patient care or team collaboration.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
