We’re looking for a warm, personable, and dependable Spa Front Desk Receptionist to be the first and last impression of Fuchsia Spa. This role is perfect for someone who naturally enjoys taking care of others, builds genuine connections, and pays attention to the little details that make each visit feel special.
You’ll help create a smooth and thoughtful experience from the moment a guest contacts us through checkout and rebooking. You’ll also support the daily flow of the spa and help guests make the most of their experience by sharing information about services, memberships, skincare, and wellness options.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and personal attention
- Manage check-ins, checkouts, scheduling, payments, and guest communication with care and accuracy
- Answer questions and help guests understand our services, memberships, promotions, and wellness options
- Assist guests with rebooking and planning their next visit
- Share relevant services, enhancements, memberships, and skincare products in a helpful and authentic way
- Build meaningful guest relationships that encourage loyalty and long-term connection
- Respond to guest questions or concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Communicate closely with service providers to keep appointments and daily operations running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and guest area
- Take initiative during downtime by completing guest follow-ups and supporting the needs of the spa
What We’re Looking For
- A naturally warm, caring, and personable approach
- At least one year of customer service or reception experience; spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred
- A friendly and polished communication style in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- A calm, positive, and helpful presence in a busy environment
- A dependable self-starter who notices what needs to be done and follows through
- Comfort learning about and recommending services, memberships, and skincare
- Genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and helping guests prioritize self-care
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
