Chris Diaz Agency (Farmers Insurance) in Brentwood, CA is hiring a Punjabi-speaking Home & Auto producer. Remote anywhere in California. Prefer someone who already works Tracy, Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton, or Mountain House.
This is commission-only. No salary, hourly, or draw. Pay is tied to the eligible home and auto premium you write.
Compensation
- Auto: 9.6% of eligible premium written
- Home: 10.8% of eligible premium written
- Commission only. Uncapped.
- Agency-paid home leads. Ask for the cars on the same household.
Posted range $50,000–$100,000/year is an estimate from production. It is not a salary.
Earning potential (eligible home/auto mix)
- $25,000/month written: about $2,400–$2,700
- $50,000/month written: about $4,800–$5,400
- $75,000/month written: about $7,200–$8,100
- $100,000/month written: about $9,600–$10,800
Required
- Active California Property & Casualty license
- Conversational Punjabi (spoken). Hindi is a plus, not a substitute
- Farmers agency sales experience
- Comfortable hunting on paid internet leads
- Located in California
- Comfortable with commission-only
