Active insurance license required for P&C in Illinois

Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role

Comfort handling leads, follow-ups, and sales conversations with professionalism

Ability to learn carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and policy details quickly

Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, email, and digital quoting tools

Organized approach to managing multiple client accounts and deadlines

Preferred: experience with personal lines or commercial insurance products

Connect with prospective clients and help them understand insurance options that fit their needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive, thoughtful service

Follow up on leads, renewal opportunities, and cross-sell conversations in a timely way

Review client coverage needs and recommend appropriate policy changes or additional protection

Stay informed on products, market changes, and industry updates that affect your clients
