Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home ABA Therapy
Location: Palmyra, VA
Pay: $25-30/hour (W-2 Employee)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week
Big Heart ABA is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Palmyra, Virginia.
This position offers a consistent daytime schedule of approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, though scheduling can be flexible for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Requirements
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation
