Job Description:
IMR Float is seeking a friendly and reliable Spa Attendant / Receptionist to join our wellness team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while supporting daily spa operations, including float therapy, cold plunge, and sauna services.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests for appointments
- Provide a brief overview of float therapy and spa services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
- Prepare float rooms between sessions
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings
- Process payments and manage front desk tasks
