We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Art Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of all learners.
- Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters critical thinking.
- Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues in education administration to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Provide support for students with special education needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience.
- Encourage creative writing and research projects that promote linguistic skills and enhance students' communication abilities.
- Maintain organized records of student progress, attendance, and classroom activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and classroom happenings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area; teaching certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and student records effectively.
- Experience in classroom management and a deep understanding of educational methodologies.
- Knowledge of linguistics, journalism, or proofreading is a plus, enhancing the curriculum offered to students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including those requiring special education support.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools that can enhance learning experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
