We are in search of a motivated, master multi-tasker with excellent verbal communication skills and an upbeat attitude for a part time, CLOSING SHIFT (2-6:30p), or a full time position CLOSING SHIFT (Monday - Thursday 10am - 6:30pm with one closing shift being Friday 7am- 2:30pm) patient liaison position within our busy Physical Therapy practices, located in Granby, CT. Candidates should be able to assist patients with registration, provide polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and also be able to learn to navigate our electronic medical record. Baseline computer literacy, with the ability to navigate the Google Workspace would be of benefit. In order to be successful, candidates must be reliable, organized, attentive to detail, possess a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service and be willing to occasionally flex the work schedule to cover for vacations and other business needs. Job duties include but are not limited to; inputting patient registration information, scheduling appointments, maintaining a tidy and punctual clinic schedule, as well as performing standard closing clinic duties. Salary to start at $19/hour (can be deemed negotiable based on applicants experience). Benefits for fulltime to be discussed. Recommendations are highly advisable.
