Variable Comfort Solutions is scheduling interviews now for licensed technicians in Huntington, WV. This is a full time Mon-Fri position with weekends as needed.
The compensation will start at $32/hour based on work experience, with tremendous potential for increased pay. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

- You will start as a licensed technician. Hourly pay starts at $25/per hour. You will be on strict time restraints, but do earn commission on new equipment sales.
The best of our technicians will graduate to a coveted lead technician position. Our Lead technicians are just that: LEADERS. They love their jobs, they love training their technicians, they love serving our customers. They love this company. They work very hard but get to work outside every day without someone standing over their shoulders.
The basic requirements for this job are as follows:
- Must have valid technician license issued by WV or KY.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, and random drug testing.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must not be a jerk.

- Can you pass random and scheduled drugscreens? This includes any medication taking place of narcotics. We are not judging you but be honest, we are going to find out anyways.

- Do you have a clean background in all 50 states?
- How many years of on the job, verifiable experience do you have? Helping someone on the side does not count.
- Are you capable of adhering to a strict puncuality/attendance policy?
- Do you have experience selling HVAC equipment? How long have you been selling HVAC?
- Is your technician license valid and up to date? Which state(s) do you have license for? This is not your EPA license. This is state issued technician license. If you do not have a technicians license you do not qualify for this positions.
