Compensation
You are joining an entrepreneurial startup with lodging, events, and a restaurant. We aim to provide an experience for our guests. Compensation will be on a per service basis and will depend on the service provided. If you have your own clients, we welcome you to bring them. If you are just getting started, we will work together to create the experience and market it appropriately. Typical compensation would be $35-45 per service, plus your tips.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage therapies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain procedures, and provide personalized care.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, patient progress, and relevant medical information using proper medical terminology.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout each session by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols such as CPR certification.
Experience
- Proven experience in massage therapy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse clients.
- Certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or equivalent is required; CPR certification is also necessary.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
